If a development permit application is refused, you have 14 days from the date of the Notification of Refusal to appeal the decision. To do this, please fill out and submit the Notice of Appeal.
Before filing an appeal it is recommended, but not necessary, to speak with the Development Officer who will be able to advise you of the process and feasibility of your appeal.
An appeal must be in writing and must be accompanied by the development appeal fee. For more information about fees, please view Fees and Charges.
The appeal goes to the Development Appeal Board.
