Citizen Satisfaction Survey 2013

The City of Camrose engaged the services of IPSOS Reid to conduct telephone interviews with a randomly selected sample of Camrose residents aged 18 years of age or older. Respondents will be asked questions on the following matters:
  1. Core Survey
    1. Most important community needs.
    2. Quality of life.
    3. Satisfaction with municipal services.
    4. Financial Planning (perceived value for municipal taxes).
    5. Communication and information needs.
  2. Perceptions of Council and staff.
  3. Citizen priorities and expectations.
  4. Infrastructure/ Land Use/ Community Planning.
  5. Recycling and solid waste services.
This survey provides valuable information to the City and allows us to compare our results to municipal norms across the country. The City of Camrose thanks all participants.
