MONTHLY INSTALMENT PLAN

All property taxpayers of the City of Camrose may apply to enter into an Instalment Payment Plan to provide for the payment of property and local improvement taxes in monthy instalments from January 01 to December 31 in any year. Instalment Payment Plans in good standing are not subject to the provisions of the tax penalty and incentive by-law. If the property owner fails to honor two (2) consecutive payments, the plan may be cancelled and al property taxes shall become due and payable and provisions of the tax penalty and incentive by-law shall apply.
