Project Profile:
48 Avenue at 39 Street has experienced a significant amount of asphalt rutting as a result of vehicle movements east-west. The situation has reached the stage where an overlay is required to correct riding discomfort with crossing this rutting. The City of Camrose proposes to undertake the intersection paving as part of the Highway 13 East roadway construction project.
Engineering:
The City of Camrose will use Stewart Weir & Company Ltd. as the Roadway Engineer for this project as this work will fit well with the proposed Highway 13 East roadway construction.
Contractor:
A contractor for this project will be selected through a tender process in the spring of 2003.
