Project Profile:
The 2003 City of Camrose Capital Budget includes the roadway construction of 54 & 55 Streets north of 44 Avenue to the entrance of the Community Centre and 45th Avenue from 53 Street to the east side of the Community Centre.
Excavation of the existing road base and backfill with road base gravel was completed last fall. Curbs, sidewalks and asphalt paving will be constructed in 2003.
Work will be staged to maintain as much access as possible to the area during the construction.
Engineering:
The design and site supervision of this project will be conducted by the City Engineering Department.
Contractor:
Border Paving Ltd., Branco Concrete and Central Oilfield Services Ltd. have been awarded the contracts for these projects.

Cleanup, landscaping and top lift paving is scheduled for the spring of 2004.
