between 46 and 48 Avenues.
This project is subject to a local improvement bylaw. The City will host an open house for
residents on 56 Street in the spring of 2006 to discuss the local improvement costs, project
schedule and gather input from property owners about existing problems such as drainage, access
issues during construction etc.
The roadway project includes the excavation of existing road base and backfill with road base
gravel, installation of new concrete curbs & sidewalks, asphalt paving and boulevard landscaping work.
