Project Profile:
Industrial lot sales have remained strong and with the announcement of the SRI development the City of Camrose has stepped up plans to develop more industrial lots in this area.
The City of Camrose began the tendering process in 2006 to secure contractors for the storm sewer upgrades, which are required to be completed for the municipal servicing of these lots.
The previous year(2006) saw the construction of a snow dump facility which also requires storm sewer additions to be completed this year.
Roadway improvements will follow the utility upgrades later in 2007 or 2008.

Engineering:
The design and site supervision of this project will be conducted by the City Engineering Department.
Contractor:
The contract for this project has been awarded to New Edge Construction.
Budget and Funding:
The budget to complete this project is $1,600,000 with funding from City Land Fund Reserve / Off Site Levy's.
Schedule:
Storm sewer installation is complete. Road work to follow in 2008.
