Camrose East Commercial Development

Project Profile:
Industrial / commercial development on the east end of Camrose will see the completion of the remaining amenities in the 2008 construction season.

Work to be completed:
- Excavation / Grading of existing roadway ditches
- Perimeter chain link fencing
- Screen wood fencing
- Boulevard tree planting beds and boulevard seeding
- Concrete grade / drainage swales
- Final Lift Asphalt Paving (future)
Engineering:
The design and site supervision of this project will be conducted by the City Engineering Department.
Contractor:
C.G Fry was awarded the contract for the grading of the roadway ditches.
Remaining contractors are yet to be determined.
Budget and Funding:
The budget for this project is $50,000.
Schedule:
This project is scheduled for the summer of 2008.
