How do I sign up for water services, or get my water turned off?
To sign up for water service to an existing property, please contact the Utility Department at (780) 672-4426.
If you do not have a water and sewer line from the main to your property, please contact the Public Works Department at (780) 672-5513.
To get your water service turned off or disconnected, please contact the Utility Department at (780) 672-4426.

What if my water bill is higher than normal?
Please check the billing period on your statement. If may be that you have been using more water in that period to water your lawn or garden. You could also have a leaky faucet or leaking toilet. For more information, please view our
Water Conservation Brochure.

When will I receive my monthly water bill?
The City of Camrose has two billing cycles. Bills are due on either the first or the 16th of each month, depending on where you live in the City. If your bill is due on the 1st of the month, you can expect to receive your bill by the middle of the month. If your bill is due on the 16th of the month, you can expect to receive your bill by the end of each month.
