2008 SEASON
SPRAY PARK OPENS MAY LONG WEEKEND:

The Camrose Spray Park opens annually on the May long weekend and closes mid-September. Consisting of a variety of colourful spray apparatus which can be turned on touching one of the three daisies, the Spray Park will surely cool down anyone, young or old, on a hot summer day. The fun is in guessing which apparatus will come on next and the best part is that there is no charge for use of the Spray Park.
The Spray Park has a south-western exposure and is located behind(west) of the Aquatic Centre in Rudy Swanson Recreation Park. The site also offers picnic amenities and access to the Camrose Aquatic Centre for services. An initiative of a very focused and energetic Spray Park Committee, the Spray Park was constructed with community input and financial support from many individuals, agencies and businesses. Please be sure to read the donor wall in recognition of those that made this project happen.
The Spray Park is not supervised and will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. seven days a week in summer months, weather permitting. The Spray Park will be turned off with cool weather and rain. Some basic rules will make everyone's visit to the park more enjoyable so please abide by them and show respect for other users and the park itself. Most of all HAVE FUN!
