The City of Camrose Fire Department is responsible for the prevention and control of fires and other related emergencies; to provide a reasonable safety of life and property within the City of Camrose and to portions of the Camrose County surrounding the City.

Message from the Chief

Welcome to the City of Camrose Fire Department webpage. You will find information about the many services we provide to the residents of Camrose and outlying areas. The Fire Department has a priority to continue to provide quality fire protection and prevention for the citizens of Camrose.

The City of Camrose Fire Department operates a combination of 4 full-time and 35 part-time paid (Volunteer) members. Full-time members consist of a Fire Chief, Deputy Chief, Training Officer and a Safety/Prevention Officer. Part-time (Volunteer) members consist of 6 Captains, 6 Lieutenants and 23 firefighters. The department has an excellent fleet of Emergency Response vehicles which can also be viewed in the "See the Equipment" section.
